[BLAST_ANAWARE] changes to DGen, blastmc and TBLRaw

Hi, I checked in some slight changes to DGen, blastmc v3 and TBLRaw v2.

DGen now passes beam/taget spin states to blastmc through GUVERT. blastmc
appends the information to each track and writes them into event.coda.
when TBLRaw reads and parses coda, it will retrieve the information.

This is what you will see in nsed out put when running on event.coda
