Hello Adam,
you can find the default values in the NC_CC_TOF_1300.sql file in
~/commis/hv. Generally speaking the low value there is 500 V. For the
cerenkov you may want to put in the values from a *_10percent*.sql file
Please include the spill monitor HV, whic you find in NC_CC_TOF_1300

I do not know if it makes sense to adjust ramp up speeds of tofs/ccs but
we should if those detectors are slower than the wch hv.
