This is infact not entirely true. We found that the best
chi squared from the initial swimm does not necessarily translate to the
best chi squared after Newton fit. So we implemented a multistage prefit
and illiminated bad tracks dynamically. The result is the momentum
resolution improved from 9% to 6%. But a slow down in run time. A lot of
optimization has since gone into this part of the codes including the fit
in chamber only algorithm. Speed has been improved from 1event/sec. to 3
to 4 event/sec. (compare to 6 Hz when only the best chi squared from
initial swim is fitted).

check into CVS. Need debug, test and optimization. The (no swimming)
comment is not true. The swim is basicaly our function to be minimized. No
fit can be done without swim. We can only reduce the number of swim,
but never NO SWIM. :)
