[BLAST_TOF] Final coordinates for Neutron Wall

Hi,

in order to build suitable support for the neutron wall and the LADS
detectors, Jim Kelsey needs to know the exact angles that should be
accepted when putting the neutron wall in the proposed way parallel to the
beam axis.

In the present configuration, the neutron wall accepts angles up to about
90.5 degrees, with LADS centered at 35 degrees, providing a small overlap
with the neutron wall. If needed, there would be also space to put LADS at
about 90 degrees between Tof and NC.

As there was the desire to have some acceptance around 90 degrees for a
support of high-q ep as well as for low-q (e,e'n), please let us fix this
more precisely. Jim will try to keep some flexibility in the final
positions, though this will be rather limited.

Best regards,

   Michael
