[BLAST_SHIFTS] Evening shift 05/23/03

We continued taking data with ABS flow, flipping the target using the
appropriate script, 2 states, Hydrogen. Compton polarimeter runs were
matched to coda runs.
495, 496, 497 499 runs taken with ~200K events each.
