[BLAST_SHIFTS] June 8th C shift

Beam was great all evening.
We took runs 784, 785, 786, 788, 789, 790, 791 (250K events each).
Waveplates were in and out on a run-by-run basis (see logbook and the
runlist file).

Before run 791 Tancredi modified the physics trigger file and suggested we
should run with the new one.
We did that, but since we got error messages from the trigger program, we
copied archive/physics~0030.map as physics_beforeChange.settings and
continued to run like before (after speaking with TB over the phone).

The Compton IOC crashed once (Bill happened to be on the phone)...
The HV crates needed to be rebooted twice, and same with CODA. Other than
that, really nice and uneventful shift.

We crunched all the runs we took and updated the runlist file.
