Tancredi,
charge.C and filter.h are updated but upon attempting to run the macro I'm
getting the same problem from the previous attemps at running elas_flrn.C with
the H2 timing cuts.

Error: Array index out of range $min3[ntl][ntr] -> [0] valid upto min3

Error: Array index out of range $max3[ntl][ntr] -> [0] valid upto max3

Don't know how to fix it.
