[BLAST_ANAWARE] can't print to engpost or shcbpost

does anyone know what's up with the printers? they wouldn't print last
night, either. last night, lpq said that it was a server error. it
doesn't say that anymore today, but the printers still will not print.

both printers have been turned off and on; i have tried to print to them
from many computers and using my login as well as blast's.
