[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary

Hall was open most of shift for ABS work and filling of snakes.

A few D2 pol runs were taken at the beginning of shift (1321-1323) but VZ has commented that they may be of poor quality due to high ligit (2E-7 Torr)

Hall still open at change of shift.
