For this coming run cycle the target states will be T=+1, T=-2,
with vector=0. To get the corrected charge - for this data - you
will have to use a different script: charge_t20.C.
The spin states can be selected as follows
sp3=1&& sp6=1 (all others zero) is state V=0,T=+1 charge(h,1)
sp2=1&& sp5=1 (all others zero) is state V=0,T=-2 charge(h,2)
where h=+- is obviously the beam helicity.
