start ABS as soon as target avaiable (Expecgted 9 pm, talk to experts)
Pay attention to checklist (i'll check too..)
For the spin flipping sequence refer to doug's email: flip by hand every
few fills or run. REfer to hauke's email for that. Check the ABS bits on
epics. Please note the flips in the (paper) logbook for everybodys
convienence.
