At 18:00 I started IP measurements. Started with a cell temperature of
about 60 K, and measured atomic fraction of about 25 %.
Warmed the cell slowly to about 110 K; atomic fraction increased,
but only to 42-43 %, which is similar to what was measured Wednesday.
Perhaps it indicates indeed radiation/synchrotron radiation damage to
the cell.
Cell temperature was finally set to 100K.
After that I found a nice signal for Compton, signal/noise of
about 8. But
there are still some computer problems in taking polarization measurements;
Jason is working on it.
