We have rebooted IOC using the script AT home directory of epics as noted by BF and TF at BLAST "black book" page 26. After that, all our problems related to HV GUI went away .

CCR tuned the beam for better BQM rates suggested by Doug. Top one went down from 180 to 140 Hz. Runs are being crunched.

Runs 2762-63, 2765-67 have been taken.
