[BLAST_SHIFTS] Run plan

All shifts are ON until tomorrow afternoon 4 p.m.
All other shifts are cancelled.

Measuraments with the collimator in place should continue until tomorrow
afternoon. Plan for today is to scan beam position and measure the
yield of reconstructed events (4/5 runs at each position). Hopefully
in this way we can learn more about the actual apertures in the target
region.

Overnight we should switch to d2, 0.1 SCCM.

Tomorrow:

_ check that we have stored beam also with the holding field
_ test new trigger on h2 0.1 sccm (more data there welcome)
_ if possible more empty runs at high current (> 100 mA)

We plan to finish by tomorrow afternoon. The beam will then be shut
off and for at least the next two weeks the hall will remain open for
scheduled work and installation (abs, lads, buffer system, holding field,
cabling)
