[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shifts are NOT cancelled

        Shifts were supposed to stop today (Tuesday, 9/30) at 16:00 to start work
on reinstallation of the ABS. However, since the detector subframe has
been open the whole time we've been doing collimator tests, we need to take
some good data with the collimator. Thus, shifts are ON until further
notice. The hope is that we have the data we need on empty and H2 by
tomorrow afternoon.
