[BLAST_ANAWARE] blastmc and reconstruction

an issue was raised at the meeting that MC v3 was not working with
BlastLib2 v3. i checked and

a) there was a problem with nsed rejecting all events because they had
no event-class
b) blastmc used the geometry file 'blast.geom', while we were still
using 'compat.geom' in BlastLib2 for debugging
c) the T0 value was set to 6000 in 'blastrc.mc' instead of 6400 (as in
fort.99)
d) the non-linear time-to-distance relation in blastmc still seems to
have incompatibilities with the same in BlastLib2, so one should use
'WTDC 1.0 1100.0 6400.0' in fort.99 for the time being

all of these fixes have been checked into cvs, so one should be able to
test mc/recon with the following lines

> cvs -d /home/blast/cvsroot co -d my_blast .
> cd my_blast
> configure; make
> cd run
> blast -b -f fort.99 -n 1000
> nsed -m
