[BLAST_TOF] nc gain match

guys,
first gain matching w/ cosmics is done for the NC. Summary
results in /user/seb/nc_gainmatching.gnumeric and nc_gain*

Attached, the last round of "gains" after pedestal subtraction.
You see the distribution of obtained values, with a width of +- 100
channels really. What is more of issue is monitor stability WITH BEAM.
Infact, already now your mileage may vary +- 100 channels for the same
voltages. More or less all tubes count about the same (they were of
course >> different before).

About 3 or 4 tubes draw above 1.8 mA, at almost 3 kV, none is above
1.85mA.

I think in the next step, we'll have data, and we can check our
numbers with scattered particles depositing ca. 50% less energy.
Then I guess back to the Sr for "precision" measurament and linearity
check.
