[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 12/05/2003 C (8-12)

took data all morning without incident until we tried the level 2 trigger at 10:00.
we lost left tof tdc/s at the start of that run. we still can't figure out what is wrong. there was as access to the hall to replace the wire chamber gas.
