Perhaps there is something flaky with the left FASTBUS crate power supply;
maybe one of the DC voltages drifts sometimes, causes the TDCs to register
overflows rather than valid times, and power-cycling the crate resets
it. Although I've looked at the front panel meter, and not seen anything
wrong...

There's a repaired power supply on its way back from New Mexico, and we
could try to swap that in if this problem persists.
