[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 12/21/2003 A (0-4)

Kept on taking data all shift. Max fill at 100mA, spin flip at 70 mA. Only a few HV trips with the LADS and one with WC L6. Twice the beam was injected with double the BQM rate and CCR did not notice. The fills were dumped. Run number 4141 is probably ok, however, it may have a small number of events with a high BQM fill.
