Hi,
a number of macros in ~/pro2004/analysis/utils, macros, macros/Charge,
macros/Raw are updated so they are updated for compatibility with new
version of libBlast.so.
they all seem to run OK but I have not any means to check all the results.
if you suspect any macros is not doing what you intend them to do, please
let me know.
I did not patch any macros in USER_MACRO dir and I am sure there are
macros that still need to be patched. please see
pro2004/analysis/macros/template.C for a minimal skeloton script to work
with the new lib.
Vitaliy and I patched onlineGui yesterday.
