[BLAST_ANAWARE] pro2004

i copied ~blast/pro2003 over to blast/pro2004, and put both directories
in cvs. if you have any problems with it, or before making any changes
to the structure, please talk with me
  note that the directory structure of the repository is a little
different than in the blast account. the macros are archived in
$CVSROOT/exp/analysis, but this is tansparent, and should not cause and
problems.
