[BLAST_ANAWARE] bates power outage monday 7.30 am

Hello,
power will be shut down facility wide this monday morning January 26
from 7.30 to 8.30 am.

Since one hour is longer than the UPSs range so the server and the spuds
will have to reboot. The spuds will be shutdown starting at aroun 6.30 am
on monday. Service will be restored monday morning
