[BLAST_ANAWARE] New WC t0

Hi,

        Attached file is a new set of t0's which could be tested to see if the
reconstruction improves.



        This is based on all tracks and has not been particularly tuned.

        Chi sent me a script to get the hit information for just electrons and
I will redo the analysis using that which should be better but that
will have to wait for the weekend and a bit more time.
