I started crunching about 15 runs with these new t0 in:
/net/data/4/scratch/zhangchi/blast/build_/run_newcal
it s also with the 6th-order time to distance that Aaron recently
implemented into BlastLib2.
I m using 5 CPUs and should be done in bout 24 hours.
