Hi,

        Shifts for this week are fairly well subscribed. This coming weekend
however is rather sparsely populated. Please volunteer for the
overnight and early morning shifts on the weekends as well.

        If this becomes a regular problem we could implement a quota system
where weekend and overnight shifts count more than other shifts. What
would you think about that? 40 weekday day shifts equal to 20 weekend
shifts or overnights for example.
