[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 02/14/2004 C (8-12)

  ABS is tuned up for the inbending BLAST field. A realignment of BRP was necessary to get a good signal. All 3 RF transitions (MFT23, MFT13, WFT13)
have been mapped. Set target polarization to switch every 5 mins, we shall see how our software handle that.
   Note: BRP magnet should be on during operation, with I=170 A.
