Bug found and fixed. Fixes both Rtof0-top and Rcer0. Data analyzed with
the old e-map *and* an old library will look as if those two ADC channels
were missing (but truly never were).
Problem was a | instead of ! to separate comments (right at the beginning
of the NC block). I also changed TBLRaw to avoid this to become a problem
again.
Both fixed map and TBLRaw are in CVs.
