Until further notice, use
/home/daq/blast/pro2004/trigger/newphys_no_C2TOF.settings when downloading
the trigger for ordinary beam running. This does not allow events with 2
TOFs and a Cerenkov in the same sector. For some reason allowing those
patterns in the Right sector MLU was causing PHYS0 and PHYS1 to go
away. Now PHYS2 (nominally two charged particles in a sector, one of which
is an electron) hardly counts, since it limited to the back 4 TOFs in
coincidence with a neutron detector (since there is no Cerenkov in front of
the back 4 TOFs).
