Beam came back at 6 pm after recovering from water system problem earlier today (11 am). Note all modulators had to be turned off, and water system
long hysterisis makes for a long waiting time for the temp to stabilize. CCR optimized injection in the last 1 hour but it is still rather slow to fill to 85 mA.

We take this beam in order to make progress on the CC gainmatching, for the
time being. Tavi takes over. Next chief will be instructed on what happened and
should be able to optimize injection further (after 8 pm).
