[BLAST_ANAWARE] Test database

Hi, Adam!
Per your request, I created a database identical to BLAST_physics (the
current MySQL database used by BLAST) so that HVGUI can be tested for
timestamps.
I named this new test database "ASforAD"... so there should not be any
confusion. We'll destroy it when you are done testing.
I also gave all the necessary privileges to user "HVGUI" to work with the
new test database. Please let me know if there is any problem (you need
just to change the name of the database in your code to test it for this
new db - please make sure you don't forget to do that, as we don't want
to interfere with the real BLAST database).

Also, both BLAST_physics and ASforAD have now an extra integer column
called "HelpNbr" for the IP_HV table (ion polarimeter) - following your
request.

Hope I did not forget anything. Please let me know how it works.
Have fun!

Adrian

PS: I created an .sql file - adams.sql, in my home directory. You can grab
it (I am not attaching it, it's 10MB!)... but I think you need MySQL root
privileges to load it... If you make a mistake and want to reload the test
database, just email me and I will do it ASAP.
