[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 03/10/2004 C (8-12)

After the new collimator came in and Genya turned ABS on, started data taking
at 8:50am.

WC tripped like mad, so lowered L14 to 3750V.

For runs 5478-5481, WC S/N was around 1.2 to 1. Forgot to turn on Compton
lasers, so no electron polarization info.

Doug tuned the beam; run 5482 shows that WC S/N is getting better -- around
2.5 now.
