[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 03/11/2004 F (20-24)

Beginning of the shift was very smooth. Took runs 5510-5513. Runs 5514 and 5515 had more frequent trips of WC L14 and L15. Turnewd off WC HV for 1/2 hour. S/N in wire chamber not as good as earlier. Not sure what has changed.

Larry Loncoy notices that when spectrum is "worse" at ESY3 wire chamber rates are significantly better and fill is faster.

We need to measure efficiency C-line toroid to ring dcct.
