[BLAST_SHIFTS] trig fixed; just in case any mysql-dependent programs break in the immediate future...

hi,
  i fixed the problem with triggers not begin archived. 'trig' needed
the new libTBLSQL.so from /home/blast/blast/pro2004/mysql/, but was
checking in /home/blast/blast/lib.
  so i renamed the exiting library in ~/lib to libTBLSQL~2004-03-12.so
and copied the one from /home/blast/blast/pro2004/mysql. if this breaks
other progams, you can revert.
  if there are any more problems with the trigger, please let me know.
