Hi!
LTOF9 bottom was reported as counting low. I just increased the voltage on
it by 40 volts, from -2260 to -2300V (well, "decreased" would be a better
word). If this brings it to the neighbors' level, I will leave it like
that.

Could people on shift please restart the HVGUI, so that the voltages are
reinitialized from the database?
