[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 04/02/2004 D (12-16)

Other than about an hour interruption due to a power supply change,
we took production data smoothly.

L14 was slighly hot, causing trips more than usual. Had to lower the HV to
3775V. Since than only one L14 trip was observed. We can try to increase it
back to 3800V soon.
