Looking in to the work-around for missing fibers, I have found what, at
first, seems to be an odd behaviour in two channels. It seems that there
is a shift in flasher timing but not in physics timing. See the attached
plot of right sector bot tdcs. This is a plot of raw tof tdc for
eventclass = 1 (LR hits) || eventclass = 8 (flasher). In channels Rbot3
and Rbot11 it looks as if the flasher moves independent of the physics.
Now, of course, this is not true, and I have made no cuts, but why shoud
these channels look so different from the rest? I will continue to look
into this-
