Hi all-

After working through the literature I now agree that there should
be a leading minus sign for T10 in terms of Gc, Gq, and Gm. Chi, I have
corrected this in Deuteron_EL.h in DGen and submitted it to CVS. Am
currently checking numbers with Genya-
