[BLAST_ANAWARE] compressed datafiles

hi,
i added the option to libBlast.so to use compressed datafiles. you
can either give it a filename ending in '.gz' or '.bz2', or use the
options '-gz' or '-bz2'

ie. nsed -gz 707
