[BLAST_ANAWARE] more offsets in db

I have just written offsets for runs:
5810-5816 5818-5825 5827-5829 5831-5835 to the db. there is a problem
with 5830 emap. I am seeing a similar problem for earlier runs 4871-. I
will document those which are written in some sort of runlist with a list
of problem runs as well.
