[BLAST_SHIFTS] Daily blast meeting and weekend run plan

Compton polarimeter is ready, just turn the laser on. Bill will look at
moving hodoscope tomorrow while he's on shift.

ABS -- 60cm cell installed. SFT repaired (bad cable and bad chip) so
feedback works now. Genya is checking the frequency. Should be able to
lock hall around 4pm.

BLAST power supply is now ramped up slowly for the last 700A, and it
didn't trip. There are spikes in the DAC reference if it is ramped too
quickly; this will be fixed later.

Target chamber vacuum is 7X10-8 after less than 1 day of pumping. A leak
check showed no leaks.

The plan is to start running at 50mA on an empty target until the lifetime
is good (>20min). At that point, increase the injected current to whatever
is possible with good lifetime, but not more than 120mA.

Then we will switch to running deuterium. Whether it is unpol or ABS
depends on whether the vacuum is good enough for Genya to tune the
ABS. Stay in touch.
