[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 04/30/2004 B (4-8)

Got bean at 4:50am, then started empty target data taking.

Ligit readout was prety high, around 3.8E--7, two orders higher than before.

Cell temp. sensor seems dead; now it reads 21.7 K instead of about 100K.

BQM's were acting weired. First, under normal condition left BQM was missing.
Second, when huge bumps showed up, there were no HV trips, no beam lifetime
reducing, and the singles trigger stayed flat.

Valid runs: 7071-7076.
