[BLAST_SHIFTS] Message from Ernie Ihloff on target leak check

Ernie was here for over two hours checking the target for leaks.
He asked me to pass along the following 6 points to the shift crew:

1. Full leak check of entire target area has been done with no indication
of leak to outside found.

2. BRP Ion Gauge is now hooked up to "Extra LIGIT" but has no magnetic
shield so will not read correctly with BLAST on

3. V14 should stay open.

4. V15 has been unplugged

5. The unpolarized gas feed system has been shut off at the entrance to
target (manual valve).

6. SFT sweep generator and amp have been shut off. Ernie carried out a
visual inspection of all cables.
