Pretty quiet data taking of empty target. For some reason PHYS0 and BPHYS0
were missing for a while; redownloading the trigger file and resetting coda fixed
the problem.

Just noticed that left BQM showed up. This MUST happen during run 7086
(7:15 to 9:00am) after the trigger file was redownloaded.

Valid runs: 7081-7082, 7086. Run 7083 is suspecious, since PHYS0 missing
happened during this run.
