It seems to me that we need to be comparing the BLAST e-d elastic tensor
polarization data with a fit to the world's data normalized by the NIKHEF
point. From Chi's presentation at the last collaboration meeting I seem
to recall he is using some theory curve. I expect this can affect the
determination of the target tensor polarization. Also, we need to use a
full Monte-Carlo simulation as Vitaliy is doing.
