[BLAST_SHIFTS] South Hall Counting Bay air conditioning

The SHCB air conditioning is working again. Yesterday, the problem was
that the coils had frozen (presumably because the unit was always running),
and the A/C had to be turned off to thaw them. Today, something was wrong
with the equipment; a technician came and repaired it.

To avoid freezing the coils, do NOT prop doors open. If the doors are
open, then the A/C is trying to cool the stairwell and the handicapped ramp
and the high bay, so it runs all the time.

The cool thermostat is set for about 72F. The heat thermostat is set for
55F, so it shouldn't run at all.

If there is a problem with the temperature in the SHCB, contact someone
from Physical Plant (Kevin Lycette X9522), or after-hours talk with the
chief operator and he/she will get someone in.
