[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 05/22/2004 D (12-16)

Pretty good data taking during this shift. The machine ran well filling to 130 mA
with 20 minute lifetime. DAQ efficiency was also reasonably high. A problem with BLAST ROC cost us about 30 minutes. There were some trips of wire chambers with frequency increasing in past hour (L14). Runs through 7684 are crunching.
