[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 05/22/2004 F (20-24)

Relatively smooth data taking. From 20:15pm, beam current began to drop
in a step function, from 120mA to 80mA. No obviouse reasons were found.
CCR had to lower the injection current to 100mA, and dumped at 60mA.
One hour later, with some slight adjustment to slits, CCR could inject at 130mA again.

Good runs, 7686-7690, 7693-7698.
