OK I ran the tdc offset code on ALL runs in the latest D2 RUNLIST,
including the run I took about an hour ago. The ironic thing is the only
problem runs are:
5/14/04 H2 unpol, INBENDING FIELD (V14 closed !!)
0.90 torr * 7423-7424
0.75 torr * 7425 7427-7432
with emap probs. I do not know why these H2 runs are even in the D2
runlist. Anyway, I then went back to RUNLIST-H2.1 and ran the code on all
the runs that I could (except those missing emap, having no flasher etc).
I then did the same for RUNLIST-empty (this one gave me no problems). I
have an accurate record of runs written to the db in the files:
/home/daq/blast/pro2004/analysis/devel/TDCoffsets
RUNLIST-H2.1.TDCoffsetDB
RUNLIST-D2.2.TDCoffsetDB
I did not make this record for RUNLIST-empty since all runs went
nicely
into the db. So the main chunk of runs left are the H2 runs in
RUNLIST.2004 with the missing emap. I will get to those soon.
Also, I think I found the bug in the db reader I was using to
check timing vs run from the db - I was still using BatchName which I
guess is obsolete now. I still need to verify this.
