[BLAST_ANAWARE] recrunch

For the recrunch from raw data to be coming, there should still be the
opportunity to extend the lr ntuple by some wanted entries.

Here's my request:

- the ADC tb products in addition to the sums for all
  scintillators (suggested names:
  aptl, aptr, apnl, apnr, apl20l, apl20r, apl15l, apl15r, apbl, apbr)

- ADC sum and product for the associated neutral track (suggested names:
  ann, apnn)

- Neutron counter TDC sum, position, ADC sum and product linked to
  (charged) track (suggested names:
  tnwl, tnwr, pnwl, pnwr, anwl, anwr, apnwl, apnwr)

Let's collect and implement any further wishes before we start the big
recrunching!
